MGR1200 by Radical Guzzi

The guys from Radical Guzzi in Germany really know what they’re doing. Earlier this year they got a lot of attention with their massive California 1400 cafe racer and today we’ve got our hands on a new project of them.

Not really retro, but also no supersport. It’s a class of it’s own. The so called “MGR 1200” shows a perfect mix between the legendary Moto Guzzi heritage and modern technology. Engineers Stefan Bronold and designer Kay Rieman (supported by the Piaggo Group for “Essenza”) placed a the 1151cc V-twin of the Moto Guzzi Stelvio and gearbox in a classic Tonti frame. Together with high end parts like Öhlins suspension (F+R), Brembo monoblocs and a C.A.R.C. cardan, this bike is also a serious machine on the track.

The green mat finish, makes this bike a real desirable machine. We can’t wait for some more details of this awesome MGR 1200…
